Snacks

Don’t foget the snacks! If you leave them out initially you will get hungry and then fall back on your promise to yourself and eat the easiest, sugariest and most tempting item. Instead plan in your snacks – mid morning and mid afternoon and then you never get hungry and give into temptation. I enjoyed 3-4 oatcakes spread with a nut butter for my eleveneses (well actually about 10.15…).
