
Looking for something tasty for elevenses, I really fancy chocolate, but don’t fancy the unhealthyness of a chocolate snack…so I stumbled across a recipe that was paleo, I altered it a bit to create these…delicious (and dead simple)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp tahini (you could use peanut butter, or another nut butter)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup, honey or golden syrup (whichever you have, maple syrup is the healthiest)
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- good shake of chocolate drops (dark choc)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Grease a square baking tray
Oven at 180 C
Bake for 20-25mins until top starts to crack and a skewer comes out clean.
Leave to cool in the tray.
Cut into squares and eat!
