Cottage pie with cauliflower and leek topping

This is more of an idea than a recipe.

Make bolognase with minced beef, a tin of chopped tomatoes, worcestershire sauce, chopped veg and a tsp of sugar.

Cook it then ladel it into a dish.

Top it with half and half cauliflower to leeks (about 500g of each for a small dish).

Chop and steam the cauliflower and leek until it is very soft. Put it in the whizzer and puree. Then add salt and pepper and spoon over the bolognase.

Oven for 20-30 at 180’C mins until top is brown and bolognase is bubbling.

It was creamy and delicious.
