Grains with tuna, peanuts and cucumber

This is a what-it-says-on-the-tin, super easy, super tasty, mid week supper. Wine optional 😉

One bag of 2 minute microwave mixed grains. I bought bulgar wheat with quinoa and wholegrain rice from Aldi.

A handful of peanuts

A chunk of cucumber, washed and chopped into cubes

A tin of tuna in brine, drained

Microwave the rice according to instructions. Tip half the bag into a shallow dish.

Add the remaining ingredients.

Stir.

Salt and pepper.

Eat.
