I’m Beccy, I’m a mum of two little boys, I have a full on job and very little down time! I wanted to do something for me -to make me feel good and   by following this diet I’ve lost over 3stone in less than a year and I feel much more energized than when I cycled between sugar lows and highs on my old carbohydrate rich diet.
